About the role

The position is responsible for the full P&L delivery of our products both from Volume and Value perspectives, through excellent management and development of distributor partners and key customers/ key accounts.

The position needs to ensure overall business and brand objectives are achieved through the right products reaching the right area, as well as right segment and right customers, timely and efficiently. He/she needs to define, establish, and develop the right RTM strategy down to structure and service packages to capture the market potential, and drive effective efficient execution.

Key responsibilities include

  • End-to-end success of mass products, and drive internally and externally all necessary resources to deliver both the business and brand ambitions

  • Execution launching of new products, brand price positioning, development of specific product for direct customers, as well as in-store execution.

  • Provide and build sustainable gourmet business growth as per expected business target.

  • Development and management of sales team

  • Distributor management and development

  • Business development strategy and plan

  • Drive the financial KPIs achievement both through the development of top-line and the management of cost in delivering the targeted bottom line

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable university

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management and distribution management handling Top FMCG and/or F&B products

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with distribution partners and internal stakeholders

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful distribution strategies that drive growth and profitability

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for improving distribution processes and strategies

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
