Job summary:

The Supply Reporting analyst is responsible for delivering qualitative and accurate standard Supply chain reports  for overall BC Supply Chain and organization The role will consist primarily in preparing reports, KPI’s and standard presentations based on data from our planning tools and transactional system and hand to the business in the regions . This position is applicable to young talents who hold a Bachelor’s Degree preferably with a Master’s Degree in scientific or technical area complimented with 4 to 5 years in Supply Chain Planning and analytics. Position will be based in our Supply Chain Center of Expertise in Lodz but mobility will required for onboarding, business knowledge transfer and keeping close connection with the business in the regions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze and handover to the business in a timely and accurate manner standard Supply reports and KPI’s such as forecast accuracy, attainment to plan, stock reports, service reports.
  • Perform variance and reconciliation analysis on reports and data used.
  • Provide first set of comments to the business.
  • Prepare standard deck to support S&OP reviews in the regions.
  • Perform ad hoc reports based on business request.
  • Follow up with the business and regions on data availability and quality.
  • Builds constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Setup and give training towards regions on how to use and customize the reports.
  • Propose improvements on reports and analytics for Supply Chain.
  • Contribute to the development of new reports and visualization with IM team.
  • Contribute to the achievement of Supply Chain Analytics and Reporting performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.

 

Requirements:

  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in science or technical area.
  • APICS, Supply Chain certification is a plus.
  • 4 to 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain reporting and analytics.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP, reporting and analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, SAP analytics Cloud …)
  • Basic to advanced understanding of demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning and inventory management is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Proficient with the MS Office programs.
  • Proactive mindset and driven for results.
  • Collaboration – ability to work with diverse, cross-functional and cross-regional stake holders and team members.
  • Able to work with remote teams and in an international environment.
  • Critical thinking - Problem solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Analytical skills – Calculations, formulas, and data representations.
  • Analytical Curiosity – Comfortable with and enjoys working in very detailed, data intense environment.
  • Written, visual and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and highly adaptable to change.
