RESUMO DA POSIÇÃO

Estamos recrutando Auxiliar de Logística, para atuação na Fábrica de Chocolate em Extrema - MG. Esta posição reportará diretamente ao Supervisor de Transporte, suportando nas atividades diárias e garantindo os custos correto do frete pago no prazo correto, evitando divergências com o nível de serviço e mantendo os custos logísticos sob controle.

 

RESPONSABILIDADES

Criar requisição de compra (PR) relacionada ao frete de saída e outros custos de transporte;

Prestar suporte às nossas transportadoras e fornecedores para a correta emissão de documentos;

Interface com área de pagamentos para garantir os pagamentos corretos;

Lançamento de faturas de frete para pagamento;

Auditar a emissão de documentação de transporte;

Atuar em incidentes durante entregas de produtos.

 

SOBRE VOCÊ

Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Logística ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência de 01 ano com a área de transportes;
Excel intermediário;
Conhecimento em SAP.
