Job Summary

The Finance Business Partner, Factory is a key role who efficiently and effectively manages BU's financial reporting and controlling activities. Role will establish and maintain a proactive business partnering by performing reporting activities and providing in-depth financial analysis for the purpose of strategic and tactical decision-making for Factory Manager. Role also manages forecasting and budgeting process and prepares reports on performance of the BUs versus annual budget and forecast. The Finance BP demonstrates a sound understanding of business performance drivers and builds analytics to deepen understanding for decision-making processes and steering the business. 


Key Responsibilites

  • Responsible to prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual periodic management financial reports & KPIs for cross BUs, including related variance analysis. Prepare KPI analysis & investigate trends for key P&L lines at business and product level versus plan using historical or other comparative data and provide value-adding commentary, on performance variances, applying deep analysis of the business
  • Initialize and coordinate budgeting and rolling forecast process, gathering and presenting all relevant information with regards to factory costs, volume and margins. Evaluate periodic volume / margin performance against budget.
  • Provide support for regular operational performance updates to management. Review the operational performance of the teams regularly against defined objectives, plan corrective action accordingly.
  • Gather all relevant commercial and financial information to ensure that CAPEX investments can be properly analyzed during approval process.
  • Prepare and submit risk positions accurately and timely. 
  • Ensure full compliance with internal and external rules, regulations and statutory requirements for the financial and business exposure and represent the company externally.
  • Calculate and interpret realized & unrealized trading profit, identify and analyze the main drivers and perform operation and business management reviews.



  • +3 years in similar analytical or controlling position, financial advisory experience.
  • +3 years accounting / finance experience in a multinational company, preferably in B2B / food industries.
  • English business proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of controlling, cost accounting and financial methodologies in IFRS reporting
  • Analytical/hands-on/flexible but even more important very solutions oriented and performance driven to achieve the targets in a deadline driven in a deadline driven environment
  • Master in Finance, Business Engineering, Economics or similar is an asset.
  • SAP/BO/BI/Microsoft office Excel and Powerpoint.
  • High communication and organizational skills as a trusted business partner in the finance community.
