A Warehouse Supervisor manages daily warehouse operations, overseeing staff, inventory (receiving, storing,
shipping), and logistics to ensure efficiency and safety, including training new hires, enforcing protocols,
managing documentation, and collaborating with other departments for smooth workflow and order fulfillment.
They act as a link between management and floor staff, focusing on productivity, accuracy, and adherence to
safety standards like GMPs

Please note that this is a 2nd Shift position, from 3pm-11pm M-F.

Key responsibilities include:

● Leadership and supervision of warehouse employees across all shifts, including scheduling and
timecard approval.
● Ensure warehouse employees perform job responsibilities correctly and safely, with a focus on scanning
accuracy, adhering to all warehouse SOPs.
● Ensure all shipping / receiving documents are created and maintained accurately. This includes BOLs,
and all associated documents.
● Ensuring that product is shipped, received properly and Hold product is handled according to guidelines
and disposition.
● Supervision of the movement of finished goods from the Annex / FG staging location to the warehouse
and into the designated truck shipments.
● Understand and adhere to BC finished goods quality standards before returning finished goods pallets
back to production.
● Validates outbound / inbound shipments for quality and accuracy to prevent customer complaints and
returns.
● Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness in the warehouse area.
● Ensure all trucks leave on time to make it to their destination. In case of pick up delays, to notify
transportation immediately to mitigate risks of missing the shipment.
● Coordinates warehousing activities with the following departments: Production, QA, and Planning.
● Report all packaging requirements to the warehouse inventory and planning team.
● Ensure and promote compliance to company safety guidelines as well as policies and procedures.
● Committed to providing a safe food product adhering to GMPs. Works within all regulatory
requirements
● Validates picked outbound orders for quality and accuracy to prevent shipping delays and complaints.
● Supervise picking of all orders for production as well as for direct customer shipments according to
picking SOP.
● Ensures all incoming material is accurately accounted for and entered correctly into SAP

About you:

• 5+ years in warehouse operations with emphasis on food industry desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
• ERP or related experience needed, SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong sense of urgency & attention to detail
• Excellent organization, communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently, and to meet deadlines.
• Ability to self-direct and take constructive action in ambiguous situations
• Extremely high standards of excellence
