Position title: Supervisor, Inventory 

Reporting to: Manager, Warehouse

Location: Eddystone, PA

About the role: 

Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the Inventory Supervisor is responsible for the accounting and accuracy of raw and finished goods inventory. The role ensures compliance with established internal control procedures, accuracy of all data in SAP, and establishes inventory control concepts, best practices, and procedures to advance the department.

Key responsibilities include: 


  • Responsible for overseeing the accuracy of all raw material, finished goods and packaging inventory
  • Works with the team to conduct daily cycle counts
  • Complete inventory changes via SAP and MES
  • Conducts in depth research to reconcile inventory discrepancies in SAP and physical inventory

  • Validates and executes inter-warehouse material transfers in SAP to maintain accurate inventory

  • Investigates all damages by completion of RCA and implements corrective actions

  • Lead and supervisor inventory team




  • BA/BS in accounting or equivalent


Work Experience:


  • In place of a degree, 5+ years experience is required with an emphasis on food industry desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
  • ERP or related experience needed, SAP experience is preferred


Additional Requirements:


  • Ability to work independently, and to meet strict deadlines

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to move freely around the facility

  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs

  • Ability to sit  for long periods of time using a computer
