  • Manages plant operations within the shift and makes sure daily targets are achieved
  • Report production figures through SAP and other database files
  • Report downtime, waste and quality issues
  • Responsible for liquid shipments to be done as scheduled
  • In case of breakdowns and on technical issues, coordinates with maintenance and reports issues.
  • Act as a leader for the shift; develop staff; cross train
  • Allocate staffing/resources according to line demands
  • Develop training materials for team.
  • Oversee and monitor production schedule and adherence to the production plan
  • Help/support R&D during production trials
  • Implement and adhere to Food Safety Program (HACCP, GMPs, etc)
  • Committed to providing a safe food product
  • Works within all regulatory requirements
  • Ability to adhere to GMP practices and all other food safety requirements
  • Perform all other related duties as required




  • Team Leadership: Has a lead role in site leadership promoting team morale and productivity.
  • Impact and Influence: Speaks out confidently to raise issues or respond to challenges and criticism as well as argues a case by providing clear explanation and concrete examples.
  • Achievement Orientation: Takes decisions or set priorities to maximize production performance.
  • Good Communication: To coordinate tasks with other departments.




  • Associates Degree with 5+ years’ experience supervising in food manufacturing,
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, SAP.
  • Must possess good communication skills
  • Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing background a plus




  • Must be able to freely move around entire facility.
  • Must be able to climb ladders
  • "D Shift" means Wednesday to Sunday, 6 pm to 6 am
