Manage, direct and implement operational strategies and objectives to ensure the achievement of operational performance from pressing to powder/butter. Follow-up of the complete stream : owner of quality, output, performance according budget, target and strategy of the plant

Essential Functions:

  • Day-by-day follow-up of manpower, materials and assets

  • Maximize OTIF

  • Define, coordinate and assure deliveries of raw materials

  • Translate mid-term planning in daily scheduling

  • Asset scheduling for minimal conversation cost

  • Optimize constraints for optimal product processing and flow

  • Tank and silo allocation with minimal inventory

  • Coordinate in-flow and out-flow of material in the assets

  • Integrate and challenge planned and unplanned flow-disturbances (manpower, assets, materials)

  • Ensure project related consistency with planning and other stream

  • Assure best possible relationships with stream members and out-of-stream members

  • Manage production resources to deliver short, medium, and long term production outputs

  • Assure alignment with the other stream leader and site departments

  • Leaderships a team of multi-skilled members to focus on performance and improvements

  • Assure shared resources between streams according to correct priorities to meet optimal site performances

  • Support to achieve the goals of the site manager

  • Accountable for safety, quality, yield, OEE%, OTIF,

  • Develop the skills and talents of the stream

  • Pressing to powder/butter follow-up

  • Committed to providing a safe food product

  • Works within all regulatory requirements

  • Ability to adhere to GMP practices and all other food safety requirements

  • Perform all other related duties as required
