SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Essential Functions:

 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

 ●       Enter alpha-numeric and symbolic data from various source documents into terminals and/or computers using SAP.

●       Check data for errors and make corrections as needed.

●       Respond to inquiries by providing information retrieved from electronic files.

●       Keep records of work completed by updating work logs.

●       Prepare and distribute reports to various departments.

●       Update and maintain procedure manual

●       Provides first line support on operational processes and applications. Communicate with cross-functional departments, including R&D, Customer Service, Quality, Planning, Pricing, Sales, Sourcing and logistics

●       Performs data quality checks

●       Identifies and correct minor issues with the processes or tools in a timely and collaborative manner

●       Perform other assignments and duties as directed.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

 

●       High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required

●       Two (2) to Five (5) years experience

●       Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google and Google Sheets and SAP

 

 Additional Requirements:

 

●       Detail oriented, results driven, team player, proactive

●       Proven verbal and written communication skills
