The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into structured information for delivery to the plant management team. The data administrator will support analytical and reporting functions.

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE

 

Essential Functions:

●    Export data through the interface and create a collective data set

●    Use statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identifying patterns, relationships, and trends

●    Prepare reports and draft presentations

●    Ensure that data is accurate, consistent, and reliable throughout its lifecycle

●   Create and maintain processes to generate accurate and timely reports that help stakeholders understand and act on key data insights

●   Perform other assignments and duties as directed.

 

EDUCATION, LANGUAGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

 

Job Qualifications:

Education:         

Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Management, Statistics, or a comparable discipline is required, with prior experience in data analysis or a related field being advantageous

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and SAP
  • Possess good negotiation skills
