About the Graduate Program:

Our 2 year international graduate program offers a global perspective to bright, young talents like yourself and is an exciting opportunity to deepen your expertise in an area that you are passionate about. The program starts every September and is launched in Barry Callebaut’s most strategic locations around the globe, where our Graduate’s expertise is valued and entrepreneurship fostered.

 

About the Opportunity:

We are offering you the opportunity to further develop your career within our Supply Chain department. Over the 2 year term you will have the opportunity to gain experience in 3 core areas including Logistics, Central Planning, and Quality Assurance. You will also gain significant international experience with the opportunity to undertake at least one rotation abroad.

 

Over the 3 rotations you will gain experience and actively contribute by:

 

  • Supporting the development and implementation of logistic’s strategy to facilitate the cost-effective flow of merchandise

  • Overseeing the shipping and delivery of materials from one location to another

  • Supervising and cross-training logistics team members

  • Communicating with customer service, traffic and production regarding any relevant changes

  • Supporting teams in the development of sales forecast and Capacity planning

  • Developing knowledge of quality assurance processes in cocoa manufacturing

  • Liaising with production and R&D to coordinate new products development

  • Supporting compliance actions and ensuring quality system procedures are respected within the plant

  • Supporting quality assurance projects

 

About You

  • Bilingual French/English
  • Master level in Supply chain
  • Professional work experience/qualification in Food Science Business would be an advantage
  • Internationally mobile

 

NB: To qualify for our graduate program applicants must bring a minimum of a total of 18 months work experience and must hold a Bachelors Degree preferably complimented with a Masters Degree.
