The Senior Financial Analyst is an essential member of the finance organization and high growth business units. You will support the FM National & PDI (Premium Decorations & Inclusions) businesses by performing duties related to financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, budgeting and pricing. You will support the Director, Finance BP and the Vice President of the businesses by delivering timely and accurate financial data and analysis to drive critical business decisions. This role requires collaboration with Sales, FP&A, Pricing and other key stakeholders to advance the business.


Key responsibilities include: 

●    Maintain financial reports and analysis to improve the financial performance of the business unit
●    Support month-end close process by providing detailed and timely variance analyses
●    Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly management presentations
●    Prepare in-depth analyses, identify trends, question data and communicate findings
●    Collaborate with Sales & Pricing to drive Contract Management initiatives
●    Participate in ongoing continuous improvement and finance related projects to ensure best practices
●    Assist in projects relating to Commercial Strategy
●    Other Ad-Hoc analyses


About you:


●    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other related field
●    3-5 years of work experience 
●    Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and commercial analysis
●    Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
●    SAP experience preferred
●    Self-starter and independent thinker
●    Teamwork and cooperation: be part of a team, work together, and seek ideas and opinions for planning and decision-making
●    Special knowledge expertise: strong understanding of accounting and finance principles
●    Analytical thinking: systematically identify and understand problems
●    Achievement orientation: work well and competing against a standard of excellence
