The Sales Operations Manager supports the plans and implementation of sales activities, products and programs to select Cocoa accounts as the internal liaison between sales account managers, pricing, and customer service toward customer stakeholders. They will also take on ad hoc projects as needed to facilitate the needs of the business unit.


Key responsibilities include: 


●    Provide guidance to Customer Service for escalated issues related to customer orders, pricing and complaints to ensure service excellence

●    Coordinate periodic pricing and contract booking process

●    Manage the customer’s contract portfolio (closures, extensions, new item additions, volume transfers)

●    Collect data from Sales Manager and Project Manager on each account for new projects and submit new customer requests into Sales Force

●    Submit and track sample requests into Sales Force for new projects, customer lab work, etc.at the request of customer or sales team

●    Submit and track all Technical & Regulatory documentation requests for customer specific and item specific packets

●    Assist in investigation and resolution of contract related payment blocks

●    Prepare customer reports and presentations as needed for Cocoa Sales Managers

●    Maintain Customer Portals with most up to date information

●    Support intercompany contract flow

 

About you:


●    Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate discipline

●    1-3 years of industry and/or direct customer facing experience

●    Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office package, specifically Excel

●    Experience with SAP and/or Sales Force platform a plus

●    Motivated self-starter with ability to manage deliverables with limited supervision in a dynamic, fast paced environment

●    Outgoing & Engaging personality

●    Strong communication skills
