Key Responsibilities Include
- Salesforce Campaign Management:
- Create and manage Chocolate Academy campaigns to track and optimize the conversion of on-site traffic into actionable insights.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and track Chef KPIs to evaluate performance and contributions.
- Design, generate, and maintain dashboards for actionable insights into Academy operations and service outcomes.
- CMR Process Optimization:
- Merge ITEMS and CMR (Chief and Marketing Requests) systems for streamlined operations.
- Draft and implement improvements to the CMR request form to enhance usability and functionality.
- Training & Enablement:
- Conduct training sessions for Sales and Chef teams on effective Salesforce usage, focusing on linking opportunities to requests and maximizing platform adoption.
- Serve as the key contact for Salesforce-related queries and operational reporting.
- Operational Collaboration:
- Act as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, and the Academy to support co-creation, training, and inspiration sessions that drive deal closures and client satisfaction.
About You
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Salesforce Expertise: Strong understanding of Salesforce reporting and campaign management.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Process Improvement: Proven ability to challenge and optimize business processes and collaborate on operational tools enhancements (e.g., request forms).
- Training Skills: Interested and willing to grow in conducting effective training sessions for diverse teams.
- Fluent in English, any other languages welcome
Preferred Experience:
- CRM Experience: Experience working with Salesforce or similar platforms in a sales or operations environment.
- Culinary Interest: Familiarity with the culinary or food service industry is a plus but not required.
- Salesforce certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud) are a plus
