Under the management of the Center of Excellence SC Director, you will provide the organization with best practices surrounding the end to end Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes. You will have expert level working knowledge of the processes and procedures to properly lead this mission. You will work closely with Local Manufacturing and Supply Chain departments to identify gaps and embrace a continuous improvement mindset. This position will work closely with the CoE counterparts on Supply Planning and Global Demand Planning.
Key responsibilities include:
● Drive overall operational skills across the network, working with all aspects of the business.
● Provide leadership and purposely disseminate that knowledge within your organization.
● Creating a Production / Supply Chain Benchmark, setting the expectation of being World Class.
● Optimize Essential processes and establish standardized systems.
● Define change management strategy that creates stakeholders and overall team commitment.
● Ability to Trouble shoot and problem solve issues related to SC, Operations, and Quality as needed.
● Lead Fit for Future Organization, in line with Executive Leadership’s operation model, to bring a clear vision and Roadmap that will allow for the local site SC responsible to lead and transform their plants to build efficient, process driven teams.
● Create and update training SOP’s for all Supply Chain and related functional activities.
● Define success criteria, transformation controls and effective communication plans.
● Ability to apply the MUV calculations to support problem solving / process improvement
● Go between IM and new project roll outs, delivering training and accessing capabilities.
● Ability to travel frequently within the network
● Lead and Support the Local SAP Power User community
About you:
● Expert working knowledge of SAP/WMS modules.
● Bachelor’s Degree
● Computer Skills (Proficient use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, SAP)
● Detail & results oriented, Effective Team Leader
● Ability to evaluate priorities and react as issues arise
● Ability to influence stakeholders
● Effective English speaker, excellent communicator
● Must be Customer focused, building respectful business partnerships

The expected salary for this position is $85,000-95,000 plus a potential bonus.
