ABOUT THE ROLE 

Line Operator, monitors the production process from start to finish. The Line Operator is responsible for the production of the product on all production lines (liquid line, molding line) in compliance with the company's safety, food safety and quality Rules/standards.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES INCLUDE

  • Application of all the safety rules on the site.
  • Being responsible for the chocolate production process in compliance with good manufacturing practices GMP (Food Safety Rules):
    • Handling of raw materials & ensuring a timely supply of the necessary raw materials &  packaging
    • Mixing the raw materials into a mass, refining the mass, processing the chocolate powder into liquid chocolate
    • Moulding the liquid chocolate and packaging
    • Setting up the automated production installations and operating the machines.
    • Monitoring the production parameters and recording all the traceability information according to the procedures.
  • Monitoring the quality of the product and adjust the production parameters where necessary according to the product's specifications.
  • Ensuring sampling of products according to sampling plans.
  • Controlling the quality of the finished products and disposing of full pallets for storage.
  • Application of cleaning programs.
  • Ensure first level maintenance of equipment according to current procedures.
  • Ensuring other missions requested by the production supervisor according to the procedures in place.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience as an operator in a production environment is necessary.
  • Having an eye for safety , quality and perseverance.
  • Being eager to learn and flexible.

  • Work Regime: 3 shifts
