About the role

Responsible for all activities related to the plant warehouse activities, as well as support the external warehouse processes for the factory. This role also includes, problem solving, managing warehouse staff, outbound and inbound receptions as well as other warehouse related activities.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for integrity of shipping schedule, all activities related to solid and liquid in and outbound loads.
  • Management of the warehouse operators.
  • Responsible to ensure the plant has all of the ingredients needed to keep the lines running.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for delivery notes and certificates of analysis, posting and problem solving on all orders.
  • Responsible for outside warehouse accuracy and follow through as well as reconciliation at the warehouse level.
  • Perform local liaison function between Customer Service, Scheduling, and Transportation, as needed.
  • Receptions and Inventory problem solving.
  • Assist with resolution of complaints for the warehouse.

 

Additionally

  • Comply with and participate in audits.
  • Support Inventory as needed.

 

About you

  • College Degree or equivalent and three to six years of related warehouse experience.
  • Advanced SAP knowledge and experience; including Word, Excel, Windows Environment and Google.
  • Communication with internal and external teams in the network.
  • Leadership and ability to work with cross functional team.
