This position is responsible for all functions in the molding packaging process after the boxes/supersacks are packed while adhering to all GMP and HACCP operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

Monitors automatic robot arm and perform regular checks.
Manual recordkeeping of all Finished Goods leaving the production area.
Stages pallets once shrink wrapped.
Troubleshooting with production team on weight of the bags/boxes.
Keep work area clean.
Recordkeeping of consumptions via SAP.
Transport pallets via the forklift.
Follow packaging paperwork to ensure proper material is used.
Must promote a safe working environment and good GMP’s.
Committed to providing a safe food product.
Works within all regulatory requirements.
Perform all other related duties as requested.

About you

High school diploma.
Experience in a food manufacturing environment an asset.
Familiar with computers and SAP.
Lift truck certification and experience with reach forklift
May require a skills evaluation.
Must be able to freely move around entire facility.
Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
Ability to stand on concrete floor for long periods of time.
Bend, squat, stretch, reach; frequently.
Ability to climb stairs, often.
Comfortable working at heights.
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the facility.
