Our position of Process Engineer in Novi Sad, Serbia:
 

Being responsible for the analysis of all production processes in BCMP in Serbia. Improving processes, standardizing process parameters, and contributing to the reduction of waste.

 

Description of Tasks:

  • Contacting Central Process Engineering in case of issues that requires support/knowledge exchange
  • Being responsible for the analysis of all production processes in BCMP Novi Sad
  • Proposing improvements to the process and standardizing process parameters
  • Gathering and aligning information from Operations Director, analyzing data and recommendations
  • Contributing to the reduction of waste and over usage of key ingredients
  • Supervising tests and being responsible for successful transfers from other BC factories
  • Gathering information from Process Engineering in other locations
  • Organizing, conducting, and/or supervising process related production tests
  • Creating process engineering records
  • Analyzing the production processes and initiate continuous improvement actions based on data

 

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Processing or Chemical Engineering
  • 3+ experience in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Quality Assurance, or related fields
  • Knowledge of production processes
  • Knowledge/experience in FMCG industry is a plus
  • Being self-starter and having ability to work independently
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Fluent in English and native Serbian
  • Open to intensive travelling during onboarding period
