Our position of HR Officer, based in NOVI SAD, Serbia:
 

As HR officer you are the first point of contact for all Barry Callebaut colleagues in Serbia for all HR related topics, such as HR administration, Compensation & Benefits matters, time attendance, etc. You will take an active part in the implementation of the company's HR strategy and HR projects resulting from local and global policies.

 

Description of Tasks:

  • Be the first point of contact for all employees in Serbia in HR related matters.
  • Acting as HR BP for employees and managers for the Novi Sad site
  • Ensuring the complete payroll activities by managing monthly payroll on time,
  • Ensuring contacts with external payroll provider
  • Monitoring working time, time schedules, holidays and sick leaves in our online tool
  • Processing personnel documentation and personal data in our tool, in accordance with the labor law
  • Answering all employee questions related to payroll and pay slips
  • Ensuring monthly reporting related to payroll
  • Managing employees’ data in Successfactors (local HRIS system).
  • Managing onboarding and off boarding process.
  • Coordinating trainings: organizing, contacting with suppliers, satisfaction surveys.
  • Being responsible for Compensation & Benefits matters such as insurances, company fleet cars, etc .
  • Participating in HR project for the local needs.

 

 Your profile:

  • Higher education in HR (HRM, Psychology or Labor Law), practical knowledge of labor law.
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar position in HR / payroll departments.
  • Excellent knowledge of working with online tools for payroll, time & attendance, HRIS, ...
  • Native in Serbian
  • Fluent in English both written and oral
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of Successfactors would be an asset.
  • Action oriented and stress resistant
  • Analytical and problem solving skills; able to work independently.
