About the role:

As the Callebaut Chocolate Academy Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind the smooth operation and positive image of our Academy. You’ll manage training logistics, coordinate communication, support our chefs and ambassadors, and ensure the Academy runs like a well-tempered chocolate bar.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop internal and external communication strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with the Ambassadors Club and support its activities.
  • Prepare presentations for seminars and events.Publish updates on social media and in industry magazines.
  • Manage course registrations and advise trainees.
  • Create and maintain the Academy calendar in collaboration with the Head Chef.
  • Support logistics for trainees and chefs.
  • Prepare training materials and recipe booklets.
  • Organize ambassador gatherings and manage related invoicing.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for internal and external guests.
  • Monitor and maintain promotional tools and supplies.
  • Manage budget tracking and invoicing processes.
  • Update Academy platforms (recipes, course calendar, landing page)
  • Develop partnerships with schools and maintain sponsorships.

About you:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration and communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and Microsoft 365.
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
