About the Role
As Plant HR Business Partner, you will drive industrial harmony, union relations, and people excellence at the plant. You will partner with the Plant Head and leadership team to ensure strong employee relations, statutory compliance, and a high-performance culture in a unionized manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Industrial Relations: Manage union relationships, wage negotiations, settlements, and IR matters.
🔹 Employee Engagement: Strengthen employee connect, grievance handling, and shopfloor engagement.
🔹 Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws (Factories Act, ID Act, Contract Labour Act, etc.) and manage audits.
🔹 HR Business Partnering: Support manpower planning, productivity improvement, and leadership coaching.
🔹 Culture & Capability: Drive training, safety culture, and Barry Callebaut values across the plant.
About You
🎓 MBA / PGDM in HR
🧑💼 10–15 years HR experience in unionized manufacturing environments⚙ Strong expertise in Industrial Relations, wage negotiations, and statutory compliance
🏭 Experience in FMCG / Food / Chemical / MNC manufacturing preferred
