About the role

  • Responsible for Purchase, whole Supply Planning, call off and follow up shipment arrival.
  • Coordinate with Customs brokerage and transportation for inbound shipments
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of outbound delivery. 


Key responsibilities include

  • Manage the whole supply planning process and monitor the import and re-export of Cocoa Powder, Chocolate
  • Proceed in Oracle system, for both Distribution in Order Management to generate Invoice, Delivery Order and Purchase module to generate a Purchase order.  Coordinate with Oracle consultants when having any issues in the system
  • Communicate with Customer Planner to have forecast and follow up Purchase Order with Customer
  • Update shipment arrival to Customer as request
  • Upload of Intercompany replenishment to SAPECC
  • Coordinate and control service providers such as Customs brokerage and 3rd party service providers
  • Liaise with the Government for registrations of the products with Thai FDA and Customs etc.
  • Negotiate and monitor Supply chain cost from Customs brokerage, Shipping Line and Transportation and
  • Review annual contract by monitoring KPI as agreed
  • Preparing yearly Budget of Inbound & outbound cost and analyze monthly expenses
  • Monitor performance and work as an active team member to complete team goals
  • Assist to resolve complex operation problems/issues and respond in timely manners with accurate
  • Handle day-to-day operations for outbound delivery to customers
  • Develop, maintain and improve existing and potential customer service standards
  • Communicate with Customer
  • Monitor Suppliers and service providers in line with the global guidelines and standards
  • Support the Management and BCTH team for some development strategic issues
  • Adhere to the company Code of Conduct and compliances
  • Support and perform a good practice follow in company rule & regulation, GMP, Foods safety and
  • Environment procedure and any company announcement
  • Handle administration tasks as assigned (i.e. operator, hotel arrangement, transport arrangement, Health insurance & annual medical checkup)
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time


About you

  • Age 28 - 35 years
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain management, logistics or any other related fields
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Import & Export or Supply Chain
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervisory level
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong planning and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal abilities
  • Good PC skills and be able to operate the Microsoft Office and other application
  • Self-motivated
  • Energetic and active
  • Adaptive, flexible and open-minded
