About the role

  • Accountable for infrastructure (full and parts) and energy supplied to the assets to ensure the smoothness of factory operation

 

Key responsibilities include

  • Optimize spare parts control, utilization, spending, common practice to meet factory expectations
  • Implement site housekeeping (on buildings, roads, clothes, cleaning, lift trucks, etc) with Stream Leaders and Site Housekeeping Leader to ensure the compliance of standards in the company
  • Monitoring the compliant with electrical and mechanical local, group and governmental legislations to ensure compliance of the rules
  • Act as energy expert for improvement and continuation (boiler steam, gas, electricity, water, air) to ensure the optimal energy usage
  • Monitor maintenance program and project management to ensure sustainability of infrastructure safe-guarding
  • Identify and ensure quality, HSE, food safety and legal aspects has been understood and implemented by engineering team members.

 

About you

  • Bachelor degree in technical field
  • 4-7 years experiences in technical environment (preferably food or other process industries)
  • Perfect understanding of the cocoa process and cocoa product properties
  • Strong technical background & knowledge, leadership and managerial skills
  • Having a business acumen
  • Knowledgeable in cost reduction and financial statements
  • Excellent skill in negotiation
  • Knowledgeable in Ms. Office
  • Good communication and decision making skill
  • English– Fluent
  • Able to work in a team
  • Able to work within SOP’s, GMP, safety, food safety and quality standards  and procedures
