About the role

 

This position will be responsible for managing Key Accounts in Indonesia.  He/she will have additional coverage for Indonesia’s existing and future accounts.

 

 Key responsibilities include

 

  • Account Management
  • Open book contracting and contract position management
  • Develop and sell through new product proposals by working closely with the client R&D/Marketing and BC R&D
  • Work with internal stakeholders in resolving issues that arise from time to time relating to supply chain, factory, new capacity/line expansion, etc.
  • Manage overall coordination/run SteerCo process for new factory build in West Java

 

About you

 

  • Strong customer relationship builder: able to build deep relationships with multiple stakeholders (procurement, R&D, marketing, operations) in the customers’ organization, project credibility, and sell through new projects for BC
  • Exceptionally effective at working with internal stakeholders. Need to be able to resolve and move forward issues relating to pricing, R&D, supply chain and factory
  • Must be effective in navigating a complex organization, project credibility internally, and pick up quickly BC “ways of working”
  • Self-directed with a high level of ownership, drive, and ability to “know what to do”; should not need to be micro-managed
  • Strong analytical skills:
  • Ability to review and manage well open book pricing, contract positions
  • Work with the R&D team to find the right solutions on product proposals
  • Resolve and find solutions to complex problems that may occur from time to time e.g. supply chain, factory, capacity expansion
  • Strong project management skills:
  • Ability to drive forward complex multi-month projects with customers that require coordination with multiple remote stakeholders
  • Potentially to provide overall coordination of a future new factory build in West Java
