About the Role
We are currently hiring for a driven and experineced CMI leader to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping consumer-centric strategies. This role will focus on generating actionable insights to support business growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to influence key decisions across marketing, innovation, and commercial functions. You will bring a strong understanding of consumers and markets, ensuring that insights are translated into impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities include
- Lead and deliver Consumer & Market Insight (CMI) projects to support strategic decision-making
- Translate complex data and insights into clear, compelling recommendations for stakeholders
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Innovation teams to shape product, brand, and category strategies
- Design and manage quantitative and qualitative research initiatives
- Drive a consumer-first mindset across the organization
- Influence senior stakeholders through strong storytelling and insight-driven narratives
- Monitor market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure best-in-class research methodologies and continuous improvement of insight capabilitiesAbout You
- Solid experience in Consumer & Market Insights (CMI), ideally within the food or FMCG industry
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions through insights
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across multiple functions
- Commercial acumen and a strong understanding of consumer-driven growth
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
