GM Sales Coordinator SEE

This role combines strong administrative coordination with customer‑facing responsibilities, making you a key contributor to both customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Act as a key contact for customer inquiries and follow up on order status.
- Coordinate meetings, sales appointments and communication with customers.
- Support Account Managers in demand forecasting, contract management and pricing topics.
- Assist in resolving pricing issues, invoice queries and order‑related challenges.
- Create and process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Manage rush orders and monitor pending orders to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate sample requests and track execution.
- Support management of customer accounts and ensure smooth administrative processes.
- Maintain and update price lists, trade terms and customer records.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports, dashboards and presentations.
- Analyze trends and support the development of sales strategies.
- Monitor and improve sales administrative processes across the team.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics teams.
- Ensure alignment between quotes, contracts and operational execution.
- Support coordination of projects for key accounts and track deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field (or equivalent experience).\
- Experience in a sales or customer service environment.
- Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret sales data.
- Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
