About the role:

Plan, organize, manage and control all activities with the Distributors and Direct Customers in the designated geography which is Aegean, Mediterranean, Central Anatolia, Southeastern Anatolia in order to achieve short- and medium-term commercial in line with the Gourmet Sales strategies.


This role is based in Ankara.


Key responsibilities include: 

  • Manage Distributors and Direct Customers in the designated geography
  • Achieve sales volume targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Apply sales activities identified in the BC Gourmet strategic plan
  • Provide regularly market information to the related parties
  • Oversee and ensure achievement of collection targets for all sales team as per defined objectives
  • Provide detailed sales forecast for production
  • Be the main coordination point between the field sales operations and other departments such as sourcing, logistics, production, and finance
  • Follow-up after-sales period and keen to satisfy customers and respond to their requirements and measure their satisfaction.


 About you:

  • Bachelor / Master Degree
  • Distributor management experience is a must
  • Minimum 10 years sales experience
  • English fluency
  • Computer literacy
  • Strategic horizon and operational excellence orientation
