About the role:

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Production Operator IV – Flex Position will be responsible for all the phases of the Liquid, Molding and Packaging operations where the support and coverage is required, as well to support the Production Leads in daily operations.

 

Key responsibilities include:

● Operate at full capacity and autonomously the role and responsibilities carried out by Operator I, II, and III; following the Production Lead and Supervisor priority direction.

● Enter, review and analyze KPIs, confirmations and downtime report in SAP and Data Backbone.

● Operate and troubleshoot HMI/SCADA/PLC Interface.

● Review and correct MUV and Process Orders Confirmations.

● Support and improve efficient equipment operation training, CCP training, and onboarding training.

● Follow and support enforcing safety, GMPs, 5S, and housekeeping standards and policies.

● Notify the shift Supervisor in charge of any anomaly that is outside the procedure.

● Support CI Process by being part of RCA, CAPA and 8 step problem-solving work streams and team boards.

● Support POKA Project implementation across the Site.

 

About you:

● Minimum 3 years of production manufacturing experience, ideally in the Food Manufacturing Industry.

● Mechanical ability/aptitude, a plus.

● Good organization, math, written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. 

● Proficient computer skills, Excel, SAP, Google Suite.

● Ability to operate material handling equipment.

● Self-motivated, must work autonomously with a minimum of supervision.

● Excellent problem-solving skills.

● Teamwork: cooperative, assist and being assisted, participate in group activities.

● Initiative and Proactive: Do more than expected in the position, carrying ideas for improvement and actively participate in its implementation.

● Available to flexible schedules (weekends) and overtime when required.

● Eager to exceed expectations and challenge yourself in an environment of growth.
