About the role:
Under the direction of the Production Lead, the Production Operator III will be responsible for all phases of transforming raw materials into finished product.

- Ensure the cleaning and optimum condition of the equipment before and/or during production. Otherwise, notify the Shift Leader.
- Ensure that there are no differences between the material used and that requested to produce.
- Adjust pre-refiner/refiner and conch temperatures and product fineness according to recipe and customer specifications.
- Manually add raw materials like powders, fat, flavors, and emulsifiers in different parts of the process according to recipes.
- Adjust products according to meet quality specifications before sending them to finished product tanks.
- Carry out the elaboration of the chocolate according to the process specifications.
- Enter recipe data according to the production schedule.
- Record the raw material number on the production order sheet.
- Review the conching cycles of each product.
- Enters performance confirmations and shifts information into SAP.
About you:
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Minimum 2 years of production manufacturing experience.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment.
- Good organization, math, written and oral communication, detail orientated, interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, must work autonomously with a minimum of supervision.
- Must be able to adhere to all GMP and food safety rules.
