POSITION TITLE: Operator 2, Receiving Liquid
REPORTING TO: Supervisor, Production
LOCATION: St. Albans, VT

The Operator 2, Receiving Liquid is responsible of receiving liquid and block loads as well as staging and re-melting rework.
SHIFT HOURS: Sunday Monday and Tuesday 7:00pm - 7:15am and Wednesday 7:00pm - 1:15am. SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL: $2/hr

- Observe all safety, sanitation, GMP and HACCP requirements
- Perform the duties of an Operator 1, Receiving Liquid
- Perform unloading of tankers and running of ovens
- Re-melting of product
- Verify viscosity of finished product and adjust as needed
- Operate equipment PLC’s.
- Performs required paperwork for inbound loads
- Perform Visco/QA checks and sampling.
- Staging and addition of rework material on the floor.
- Responsible to track and confirm material into SAP.
- Cross train to perform all functions of a Receiving Line Operator, Level 3
About you:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Google Sheets, a plus
- Math skills required (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Basic computer usage (keyboard and mouse)
- One (1) year food manufacturing experience, required
- Ability to stand on concrete floor for long periods of time
- Bend, squat, stretch, reach; frequently
- Ability to climb stairs, often
- Must be able to lift minimum of 50lbs, often
- Comfortable working at heights
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the facility
- Noise level can exceed .85 decibels
