About the role

Supply Chain Transformation is one core project launched by Barry Callebaut on a global scale. As the project intern, you will be supporting the Asia Project Lead to deploy new planning systems and processes as well as to ensure an effective change management.

 

Key responsibilities include

  • Coordinate with global, regional and local teams for planning systems requirement
  • Ensure accurate and timely gathering of data
  • Validate master data and define continuous updating and governance matrix
  • Follow up and update project actions in the progress update meetings
  • Prepare communication materials, plan communication sessions/ events to update and address the coming changes
  • Leading the transformation journey for a core global project
  • Unique exposure for a vast and interesting project scope: full product range, full communication layer (global/regional/local), end-to-end S&OP process (involves sales, operations, marketing, R&D, Finance etc

 

About you

  • Any disciplines are welcome, while strong analytical and communication skills are a must
  • Attention to details, comfortable to deal with large data
  • Ability to work with diverse, cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders and team members
  • Proficient with MS Excels and Power Points
  • Relevant experience on project management / change management will be a bonus - nice to have
  • Comfortable to deal with large data
  • Strong communication skills: verbal & written
  • Independent - able to challenge status-quo, and can work without close supervision
  • Proactive, can-do attitude, positive mindset
  • Fast learning
