About the role

Prime customer contact and interface customer's requirements into sales orders and/or action items for internal and external stakeholders to execute. Stakeholders from pre-contract state to managing of accounts receivables include customers, suppliers, group companies, freights forwarders, truckers, loading and destination customs, banks, carriers, pre-shipment inspection officers, courier companies and internal departments.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Review and monitor customer's monthly forecast and drive to meet the committed numbers
  • Drive customer service performance index to exceed customer's expectations and to achieve No 1 or 2 Supplier Performance rating at lowest possible cost.
  • Service Complaint & Investigation Report
  • Assist in 3rd party invoice issuance and sending of shipping document

        Management;

  • Forecast sales volume & transaction reporting
  • Update 3 Months Rolling Forecast Report
  • Update Weekly Summary Report    

        Sales & Trading ;

  • Assist in customer enquiry, visit and other customer related issues
  • Assist in sales order processing
  • Assist in overview of balance contract
  • Supply Chain Logistic /Warehouse – Cargo allocation, Ad-hoc delivery/shipment
  • Shipping –  Shipment confirmation, vessel booking, inspection, documentation, labeling, etc
  • Planner -  Stock movement information &  stock readiness status, batch allocation for special request - FIFO and  review of production schedule based on customer requirement

 

About You;

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Strong communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills, strong coordination & organizing ability and overall point of view, with the ability to prioritize & proactively complete project. Has knowledge of trade documentation negotiations, incoterms and shipping documentation ie Certificate of Origin
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
