Summary Job Description:
The Inventory Control Clerk position consists of balancing, tracking and reporting on production movements across multiple areas within the Manufacturing and Warehouse areas. This position also involves coordination with multiple departments in multiple buildings. Main job functions will be concentrated around physical packaging usage on molding lines, proper usage of containers throughout the plant, waste tracking across multiple lines and reviewing of finished good weights packed into multiple containers.
Essential Functions:

Track product movements in order to maintain a balanced inventory

Review physical consumptions within the Manufacturing areas

Ensure proper containers are being used in the Manufacturing areas

Reconcile weights of materials between both Warehouses

Validate all containers or vessels have proper labeling/ identification

Log and maintain daily tracking of materials by location

Provide inventory report on accuracy.

Daily review of production orders for proper balancing

Validate weight accuracy of Finished Goods packing

Report all negative impact issues to the Manager regarding inventory accuracy.
