About the role 
This position reports to the Finance Department Manager and responsible for taking up expenses on time so that P&L reporting is accurate and payment to suppliers is on time without interrupting the business.


Key responsibilities include

  • To execute and settling accounts payable transactions.
  • To ensure expenses are taken up on time for month-end accrual.
  • Responsible for the supplier master creation and control.
  • To prepare a monthly analytical report on major expenses, creditor aging, creditor reconciliation
  • To prepare tax reporting – withholding tax documentation and submission. 


About you

  • Minimum with a Diploma in Accounting or a Degree in Finance / Accounting.
  • Familiar with a variety of field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of the function of the account payable requirements in the manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
  • A t least 2 years of hands-on working experience in relevant accounting transaction operational activities.
  • Excellent in MS-Excel and able to perform analysis preferably with Oracle / SAP experience.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills.
  • Possesses sound analytical and reasoning ability.
