About the role

We are looking for an Administrator Developer. This position is part of the CI & TS team and plays a key role in supporting product development, customer projects, and internal stakeholders. The role ensures reliable, timely, and high-quality sample production as well as effective raw material management. You will work closely with product developers and internal teams to deliver accurate samples and development recipes, enabling efficient development processes while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and service. 

 

Key responsibilities

  • Produce and dispatch product samples according to assignments received via CRM and/or from product developers.
  • Ensure samples meet defined specifications, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding timelines, priorities, and delivery status.
  • Act as raw material responsible for the development laboratory.
  • Ensure raw materials are available, properly stored, labeled, and suitable for use in sample service and development work.
  • Produce development recipes on behalf of product developers in line with agreed instructions and processes.
  • Perform additional tasks related to development activities and product maintenance as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sample service processes and ways of working.
  • Ensure assignments are delivered, documented, and reported on time.
  • Perform all tasks in accordance with the company’s management, quality, and safety systems.

 

Your profile

  • Upper secondary education with a scientific or food-related focus, or equivalent through relevant work experience.
  • Basic understanding of laboratory work and handling of raw materials.
  • Proficiency in Swedish; English required at a basic professional level.
  • Experience from laboratory, food production, or development environments is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of raw materials and basic processing methods.
  • Ability to follow procedures, instructions, and quality standards.
  • Structured, accurate, and quality-oriented.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive and reliable team player.
