About the Graduate Program

Our 2 year international graduate program offers a global perspective to bright, young talents like yourself and is an exciting opportunity to deepen your expertise in an area that you are passionate about. The program starts every September and is launched in Barry Callebaut’s most strategic locations around the globe, where our Graduate's expertise is valued and entrepreneurship fostered.

 

About the Opportunity

We are offering you the opportunity to further develop your career within our Operational Supply Chain & Continues Improvement department.  Over the 2 year term you will have the opportunity to gain experience across core functions including Engineering & Process Development.  You will gain significant international experience with the opportunity to undertake at least one rotation abroad.

 

Over the 3 rotations you will gain experience and actively contribute by:

 

  • Supporting the engineering team on various different projects across our product line
  • Supporting in designing, implementing and commissioning new product lines
  • Supporing the development of maintenance strategy
  • Providing input and support in improving line performances
  • Supporting the process development on engineering teams on key projects
  • Supporting a big data learning project supporting cocoa liquor characterics

  • Acting as project engineer supporting the team in design and implemenation of the project across local teams

NB:  To qualify for our graduate program applicants must bring a minimum of a total of 18 months work experience and must hold a Bachelors Degree preferably complimented with a Masters Degree.
