About the role:

The Transformation Lead maintains and further develops standards and procedures in the area of project management. Leads end-to-end business process definition and improvements across process areas, with the goal to achieve high acceptance and efficiency. Transformation Project Leader will work closely with Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. This role is responsible for liaising with internal clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives and ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Gathers initial data in support of research on various projects.
  • Perform analysis and research of data.
  • Assist in development and implementation of value-adding processes and systems for finance organization.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on newly implemented solutions (Document specifications; arrange and perform workshop, trainings, user acceptance test).
  • Review accuracy and monitor the progress of projects. Ensure data quality, consistency and conduct data audits. Communicate findings. Identify and address data quality issues.
  • Track initial request and change requests.
  • Attend project meetings to assist project management and to keep informed about projects and identify upcoming activities. Offer comments and suggestions related to the project.
  • Provide project management support, including document management.

 

About you:

  • Min. 4 years of professional experience working on projects in an international environment with strong focus on Finance area.
  • Master degree – preferably in area of Business or Finance and Accounting.
  • Fluent English language
  • Knowledge of project management systems and methodologies. Proven project management qualification (e.g. Prince2, Agile) will be an advantage.
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
  • Solid understanding of Finance Processes and Controls.
  • Knowledge of SAP (incl. BW).
  • Strong command of Microsoft products, particularly Power Point, Excel, Word.
  • Understand project planning and scheduling and the effect these have on project budgets and forecasts.
  • Problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, establish and maintain the relationships with all levels of organization, incl. other department staff and Project Management.
  • Good understanding of data visualization and information design concepts.
  • Technical ability for construction document management, organizing, presenting information.
