Key responsibilities:

  • Focus is on “Incidents”, “Service Requests” and “Information Request” tickets from the users, occasionally works on “Requests for Change”. 
  • Solves the assigned tickets as independently as possible, seeking support from Senior Analysts where required.
  • Work with the development team to get any development done and with Application Delivery teams for template guidance.
  • Ensure that assignments get resolved/ tested and approved according to procedures, including User Acceptance Testing.
  • Monitor interfaces/ batches – analyze issues and dispatch them to the relevant teams.
  • Work with people from remote locations/ regions (internal/ external).
  • Continue to grow expertise in the respective business processes and applications.

 

About you:

 

  • University degree in economics, finance, information technology, or similar.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in procurement and logistics processes (SAP Module MM).
  • Understanding cross-functional areas such as order fulfillment, Logistics, Inventory, and Planning would be an advantage.
  • Analytical mind, structure, and attention to detail.
  • Good communicator and team player with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Fluent language skills in English (verbal and written).
