POSITION TITLE: Sales Manager - Gourmet


REPORTING TO: Sales Director – West Coast


LOCATION: Las Vegas / Los Angeles (This role is a home office based position for a person preferably located in Las Vegas with the ability to also travel to Los Angeles.)

Job Summary:

This position plans and implements sales to major accounts for a geographic region where cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and account management skills are critical.


Essential Functions:

  • Plans how to establish and maintain major account relationships and meet personal sales targets within the full line of products or combination of products for a specific geographic region
  • Establish and build strong client relationships over time that allow for continuity and ongoing representation, reinforced by sales support and delivery programs and communications to other relevant company functions and divisions
  • Participate with other key account managers and sales management in development of sales strategies for National Accounts. Identify target accounts and opportunities within the framework of the organization-wide strategy
  • Monitor competitive activity in each account. Formulate and communicate appropriate response strategies



  • Bachelor’s degree required

Work experience:

  • 7 to 10 years of sales experience in a gourmet food related industry
  • Experience with Bakery and Pastry preferred and working knowledge of Las Vegas Hotel Industry a plus
