The Finance BP OSCO acts as the “financial eyes” in the plant for both the local plant management team and the regional OSCO and Finance organization. In this respect, this function partners with various stakeholders in the organization and is the right hand of and business partner of the Plant Manager and the local OSCO management team. The Finance BP OSCO is accountable and fully responsible for analyzing and ensuring the accuracy of the local financial results versus targets for operational (in) efficiencies, material usage variances, direct and indirect factory costs, headcount, scrap, etc. Due to its materiality and its significant impact to the results, a major emphasis should be dedicated to Material Usage. The incumbent will also be responsible for the internal control of the facility. As a finance business partner, this position plays a key role in the management team. To be effective, good personal interaction skills are required. It is vital to be a team player. This position will required to be on-site after the pandemic finish, in the meantime, it will be partially remote

Key responsibilities include: 

●    Advise the OSCO management team in short and long-term decision making
●    Analyze, interpret and manage financial and business performance with a special emphasis on material variance analysis (scrap, rework, raw material yield)
●    Monitor and evaluate performance against budget or forecast, identify risks and opportunities, and review results with cost center budget holders in the site
●    Create investment proposals for the site/liaising with various stakeholders
●    Proactively provide financial insights on efficiency improvements, cost savings, expansion projects, footprint studies, inventory optimizations and other potential projects
●    Prepare budgets and forecasts together with budget holders
●    Ad hoc financial analyses to provide insights 
●    Ensure integrity and financial control
●    Ability to adhere to GMP practices and all other food safety requirements.


About you:
●    BAC in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
●    Master in Business Administration preferred
●    5+ years of experience in Finance (controlling/accounting) or operational/process engineering 
●    Experience in a multinational company, preferably in B2B/food industries 
●    Knowledge of controlling and financial methodologies and reporting
●    Analytical / hands-on / flexible / solutions oriented
●    Leadership skills
●    Change management and process improvement
●    Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite and SAP
