About the Graduate Program:

Our 2 year international graduate program offers a global perspective to bright, young talents like yourself and is an exciting opportunity to deepen your expertise in an area that you are passionate about. The program starts every September and is launched in Barry Callebaut’s most strategic locations around the globe, where our Graduate’s expertise is valued and entrepreneurship fostered.

 

About the Opportunity:

We are offering you the opportunity to further develop your career within our Operations and Supply Chain Organization department. Over the 2 year term you will have the opportunity to gain experience across core areas including Production and Process improvement. You will also gain significant international experience with the opportunity to undertake at least one rotation abroad.

 

Over the 3 rotations you will gain experience and actively contribute by:

  • Overseeing the manufacturing operations and productions
  • Ensuring 100% productivity of employees to be able to provide 100% quality and quantity in production
  • Supervising, coaching, and mentoring team members
  • Coaching and supporting on a daily basis all levels of operators
  • Supporting in troubleshooting and solving problems in streams
  • Evaluating and recommending new process technologies that optimize performance
  • Using continuous improvements tools together with local continuous improvement staff
  • Successfully executing projects and providing significant contributions on project teams

NB: To qualify for our graduate program applicants must bring a minimum of a total of 18 months work experience and must hold a Bachelors Degree preferably complimented with a Masters Degree.
